Privacy and your inquiry
When you contact Georgia SEO Company, we use the information you submit to answer you and discuss the service you requested. We do not enroll inquiry senders in a newsletter.
Information you give us
Our forms ask for your name, email and, where relevant, phone number, business name, website, industry, location, search challenges, previous SEO work, budget, service selection and message. Optional fields may be left blank. Please avoid sending passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal records.
Delivery and backup
Brevo processes inquiry notifications and courtesy replies. Our team receives the notification by email. We also attempt to save your request in a private Supabase inquiry store before sending the notification, so the team can recover requests when email delivery fails. If a site contact list is configured, Brevo also retains a contact backup. Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for abuse, and our hosting provider processes technical request logs.
Retention and access
Our policy is to retain inquiry backups for 24 months. Deletion requires a cleanup process; this statement does not promise automatic deletion on a specific date. Email correspondence and records needed for an active service or a dispute may have a different retention period. Contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of your inquiry information.
Browser data
This site has no configured advertising analytics. Its assistant uses session storage to remember an interaction during your visit. Turnstile may process browser and network information for abuse prevention. The site does not change its behavior in response to Do Not Track signals.
